March 16, 2013 During recovery from 60 minutes of lower body cold water immersion, the afterdrop phenomenon and shivering were observed, which together impaired selective attention as measured by the Stroop Color Word Test. Kent State graduate student Yongsuk Seo did an excellent job collecting data and drafting the manuscript.
