Aging and hypoxia study accepted for publication in Physiological Reports

In this study, we demonstrated that older men had attenuated forearm vasodilation in response to 5 minutes of continuous hypoxia (but this was only observed in forearm skeletal muscle, not the skin).  Moreover, infusion of high dose ascorbic acid did not alter forearm vasodilation in either group." Jon Pollock was the first author of this study.
