Matt Muller receives Research in Training Award from Wilderness Medical Society

February 15, 2011 Dr. Muller has been chosen to receive a $6500 grant from the Wilderness Medical Society for his grant entitled, “Effect of cold air breathing and isometric exercise on left ventricular function. Dr. Tom DeLoughery, Chair of the WMS Research Committee, notified Dr. Muller this afternoon via email. This grant will provide money for subject payment and supplies. The results of this study will be presented at the WMS 2012 meeting in Whistler, BC, Canada.
