Amanda Ross, a graduate student in the Neuroscience program at Penn State Hershey, has been named a finalist for the Student Investigator Award at the Mid-Atlantic Regional Chapter of the American College of Sports Medicine (MARC-ACSM) meeting. On November 1, she will present an oral slide show of her study entitled, "Effect of beta-adrenergic blockade on coronary blood flow during isometric exercise in older adults". This study stems from Dr. Muller's recent experiments using intravenous propranolol in young and older subjects. Dr. Muller is the senior author of this abstract. Congrats Amanda!
