Dr. Muller receives KL2 grant to conduct clinical research studies.

The title of the project is coronary and skeletal muscle vascular control in patients with peripheral arterial disease (PAD). This is a 2-year mentored career development award through the Penn State Clinical and Translational Science Institute (NIH UL1 TR000127 and KL2 TR000126). The Penn State mentors are Dr. Sinoway (Medicine/HVI), Dr. Mosher (Radiology), and Dr. Chinchilli (Public Health Sciences). The three outside evaluators are Dr. Daniel Sessler (Cleveland Clinic), Dr. Christropher Kramer (University of Virginia), and Dr. Russel Richardson (University of Utah). The total direct costs are ~ $107,000 per year.
